Park Rx Programs
Join us on the road to a healthier YOU this year by spending some quality time in nature with our Park Rx series of programs.
The goal of these Park Rx series programs is to benefit all ages in the community from children to seniors, create diverse activities to appeal to a wide range of health and wellness interests, strive to improve cognitive, emotional, social, and educational development, and create positive experiences in nature which can lead to a lifelong commitment for caring and conserving our natural resources.
With the support of Highmark Blue Shield, the program sponsor, we’re excited to bring some amazing instructors and offerings to our parks and the surrounding area. So, join the fun and register for some programs today!
We require advance registration for all programs, including those that are free so we can adequately prepare for the number of participants and so we can reach out to you if there are any changes in the program due to inclement weather, etc.
