Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Does the Controller’s Office accept electronic invoices?
No.

Is there public parking available?
Yes. There is on-street meter parking and off-street parking garages available.

What holidays is the Controller’s Office closed?
The Controller’s Office is closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Who needs to complete a W-9 form?
All Vendors must complete a W-9 form to receive payment from the Controller’s Office.

How quickly are payments processed through the Controller’s Office?
Approved invoices are paid two weeks from the date received in the Controller’s Office.

Can I receive cash or an ACH payment?
No. Payments are payable by check only.
