The Sheriff's Real Estate Sale Scheduled for Thursday January 21, 2021 will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room, on the 4th floor of the Dauphin County Administration Building, 2 South Second Street, Harrisburg.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, please arrive early because you will be required to have your temperature taken prior to entering. A mask must always be worn.
We ask that due to limited space, only attorneys and people intending to bid on a property attend. We do not have room for spectators.

Please ensure that "Sort like Crier Report" is checked and print your own list out. We will no longer be providing lists at the sale. You can also follow along on your cell phone. Please understand that changes to that list can be made up until 9:00 am the morning of the sale. The sale will be conducted in the order of the Crier Report.
The Dauphin County Sheriff's Department is an arm of the Court. The Sheriff, elected to a four-year term, oversees the transporting of prisoners from the Dauphin County Prison to the Courthouse, securing the interior of the courtroom, and serving court papers.
Additionally, the Sheriff issues permits to citizens wishing to carry a concealed gun.
